HAECC is advocating for our child care professionals through:
- ADVOCATING for policies and programs that support the well-being of children and the early childhood education workforce.
- BUILDING BRIDGES that develop mentoring and community partnerships in early childhood.
- CREATING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT through workshops at our annual conference, and year round community involvement, HAECC is the premier training connection in our community to help caregivers and early childhood programs advance early childhood education in the Tri State.
- DEVELOPING RESEARCH in the child care workforce that identifies strengths, necessities, and strategies for improvement of the early childhood workforce.
Trained early childhood professionals are the first responders in our Tri State communities. With dependable advanced-quality care, working parents can feel more self-assured and productive on the job, knowing that their children are safe and thriving in a well designed and developed early care and education setting. Whether in a family child care home, child care center or public Pre-K classroom our children can succeed because our early childhood professionals attend quality research based training sessions and are dedicated to seeking out the best tools and resources offered through the HAECC annual conference.
